A jerk snatched an iPod from a teenager on Eastern Parkway on Aug. 15.
The 15-year-old victim told cops that she was near Washington Avenue at 11:20 am when the crook pushed her, snatched an iPod from her hand and ran away.
Cops arrested an 18-year-old suspect the same day.
Sweet cash
A crook swiped major cash from a man on Underhill Avenue on Aug. 19.
The 24-year-old victim told cops he left his 2004 Chevrolet van unlocked near Lincoln Place at 4:30 pm and then walked into a store. He came back 20 minutes later and discovered $2,000 — and a box of candy — gone.
Five minutes
A quick-moving jerk snatched a laptop from a woman on Bergen Street on Aug. 17.
The 23-year-old victim told cops she left her apartment near Washington Avenue at 12:55 pm then came back five minutes later to find that a thief had climbged through her rear window to swipe her $2,000 MacBook Pro.
Ring cycle
A crook snatched jewelry from a Washington Avenue apartment on Aug. 15.
The 35-year-old victim told cops that she left her apartment near Prospect Place at 5:30 pm and came back five hours later to discover that a thief had climbed in through her rear window, snatched a $200 turquoise ring and a Mac laptop.
A computer from a neighboring building was also stolen the same night.
