One of the banking world’s premier commercial reserves has opened shop in Sheepshead Bay.
Ridgewood Savings Bank launched its new branch, 2520 East 17th Street — off Avenue Y — with giveaways, a sweepstakes raffle and a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local residents, business owners and senior banking executives.
Occupying close to 3,000 square feet, and employing 11 staffers, the new branch features free parking, 24-hour ATM banking, safe deposit boxes and a drive-up/walk-up window with expanded hours during the week, and on Saturday.
Services also include FDIC-insured checking, savings, retirement plans and certificate of deposit accounts, plus mortgage and consumer loan options, debit and credit cards, and telephone and free online banking with bill pay.
The management team will be led by Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President Kimberly Nathanail, and Assistant Manager Nancy Adzemovic.
Banking hours are: Weekdays, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
