Door destroyed
Police arrested a 21-year-old man who they say broke the glass pane of a door on E. 92nd Street on July 29 — and resisted arrest a few days later at the same location.
The man allegedly broke the glass between Avenue N and Seaview Avenue at 3 pm before threatening to kill a woman who was present at the time. When a police officer tried to arrest him on Aug. 1 at 6:10 am, the man allegedly stiffened his body, flailed his arms and legs, and refused to be handcuffed.
