Borough revelers embraced the onset of the golden season — plus celebrated their nabe’s culture by flocking to Carroll Gardens for the Waterfront District Fall Festival.
Mom, dad and the kids pressed flesh with like-minded frolickers, browsing vendor stalls, noshing on festival fare and perusing the attractions along Columbia Street from DeGraw to Union streets, and then extending eastbound on Union from Columbia to Hicks streets.
Live music serenaded visitors throughout the day.
The inaugural festival was presented by the Carroll Gardens Neighborhood Association.
