OSA holds annual meeting to discuss park plans

Join the Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn (OSA) to hear about plans to create new parks, and give your feedback on improving existing parks during the group’s next meeting, 6-7:30 p.m., October 29 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 275 North Eighth Street at Havemeyer Street in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.
