P.S. 52 staff and students step up to the plate

Just call teachers at Public School 52 budding Cat Ostermans.

Led by Principal Ilene Altschul, members of the faculty squared off against their young charges during a teacher−student softball game, which transformed the schoolyard into a “field of dreams.”

The light−hearted game celebrated the end of the academic year at the Sheepshead Bay school, 2675 East 29th Street.
