Party poopers
Two phony Feds robbed a guy at gunpoint on Sea Breeze Avenue on his birthday on March 7.
The victim was between W. Second and W. Fifth streets in Brighton Beach, on his way home from his own birthday party, at 6:05 pm when a gray Belgian Motor Works 3 series pulled in front of him, police said.
Two masked men got out and pointed handguns at the victim, and one assailant yelled “FBI, FBI — gimme your s—,” a police report states.
The robbers took $1,500 from the birthday boy before fleeing, officials said.
Robbed head to toe
Muggers stole a guy’s hat and shoes on W. 11th Street on March 7.
The victim was between Avenues V and W at 11:25 pm when someone hit him over the head and knocked him out cold, police said. When the victim awoke, his cap and sneakers were gone, a police report states.
Paramedics took the guy to Lutheran Medical Center for treatment, law enforcement sources said.
Cat burglar strikes
A sneak climbed into a Stillwell Avenue building and stole electronics and construction equipment from several businesses on Feb. 27.
The thief got into the building between Mermaid and Neptune avenues through a rear window at 4:30 pm and swiped gear from several businesses in the building, police said.
Identity swiped
A fiendish fare stole a guy’s identity after taking his wallet from a dollar van on March 4.
The victim got out of the van in Coney Island at 11:10 pm, realizing moments later that he left his wallet in the vehicle, police said. When the guy called his bank, a representative told him someone already made charges, police said.
The thieves used a debit card to make purchases for $14 and $32, and used a pre-paid debit card to buy a Metro Card for $113, a police report states.
