In a story that ran last week entitled “Zap Trial Tears At Family,” the last words Roberta Cambria said to her daughter’s killer, Guy Zappulla, were Cambria’s alone and at no time were repeated or expressed with the help of Assistant District Attorney Julie Rendelman.
Readers may have been incorrectly led to believe that Cambria’s last words were expressed “through” ADA Rendelman.
This paper regrets any confusion the phrasing of the quote may have caused.
