Police are hunting for the brute who they said slugged a conductor for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in a Prospect-Lefferts Gardens subway station last month.
The transit employee aboard a Q train drove his Coney Island–bound subway into Lincoln Road’s Prospect Park station on June 19 at 11:51 am, when the suspect socked the engineer from the platform as he looked out the open window of his conductor’s cabin, knocking him out cold, authorities said.
The tough fled the station following his unprovoked attack, and was last spotted by a security camera strolling along Flatbush Avenue, according to footage police circulated on Tuesday.
The victim, meanwhile, received treatment for scrapes and bruises at Kings County Hospital following the incident, and was subsequently released, cops said.
