Pipe pummel
Cops cuffed a guy who allegedly struck a woman in the head with a metal pipe on Navy Walk on Aug. 7.
The victim was by Navy Street at 6:10 pm when the suspect hit her in the head with the pipe, causing bleeding and bruising. He then fled by running to a Fleet Walk roof, where police stopped and arrested him, a report said.
Cane pain
Police are searching for a creep who hit a 58-year-old woman with a cane and spit on her face while she was waiting for the bus on Downing Street on Aug. 9.
The lady was by Fulton Street at 11:34 am when the punk bashed her with the stick on her left shoulder and side of her left hip, then proceeded to spit on the left side of her face, she told cops. She was taken to Methodist Hospital for treatment for pain she felt on her shoulder and hip, authorities said.
Sprayed
Authorities are hunting for a lout who they say sprayed an unknown substance into a woman’s face aboard a Manhattan-bound 3 train on Aug. 11.
The 65-year-old victim told police she was on the train when the weasel asked her for directions. She told him she didn’t know, and the baddie proceeded to spray the substance into her eyes when the train reached the station at Flatbush Avenue and Fulton Street at 9 pm.
The spray caused redness, burns, and swelling in the woman’s eyes, she told cops. She also reported that the attacker seemed intoxicated because he fell down on the platform when he detrained, according to police.
Lifted
Some sneak stole a senior’s bag she left on her front doorstep while she went inside her S. Portland Avenue home on Aug. 13
The 76-year-old lady had left the bags containing her cellphone, driver’s license, credit cards, and check endorsed to her in the front of her residence by Lafayette Avenue at 8:45 pm, and returned 15 minutes later to find that someone had taken them, according to a report.
