It was a nice day for a white dinner.

Diners wearing all-white gathered in Prospect Park for a potluck feast and a performance by Ben Folds on June 28.

The event’s organizers were mum on the location until 3 pm that day, leaving it a mystery exactly which part of the park would transform into a sea of white clothes and tablecloths.

At the end of the evening of music, food, and libations, attendees were instructed to pack up their temporary dining rooms and leave the park exactly as they had found it, with no evidence of the feast in sight. The pop-up dinner was a benefit for the Prospect Park Alliance, the private group that runs Brooklyn’s backyard.
