Employees from the Dyker Heights branch of Ridgewood Savings Bank, 7020 13th Avenue, embraced the Halloween spirit by dressing up in costumes to raise money for “Costumed for a Cure,” to benefit those afflicted with Leukemia and Lymphoma Blood Cancers.
“Costumed for a Cure,” a local fundraising initiative held each year on Halloween, in which Ridgewood employees dress up in costumes and customers and fellow employees make a donation by voting for their favorite costume, celebrates creativity, individuality and fun.
For more than 15 years, Ridgewood Savings Bankannually has participated bank-wide in the program and has supported the fundraising efforts and mission of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
