Talk about a concrete solution!
Thrilling footage shows a crane hoisting a cement-mixer truck that overturned on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway on Friday back onto its wheels.
The driver somehow flipped his vehicle onto its side in the Staten Island-bound lane near the Flushing Avenue exit in Fort Greene around 11:35 am, trapping his arm under the rig in the process, according to a Daily News report.
New York’s Bravest pried the driver out and emergency paramedics rushed him to Bellevue Hospital, where he was considered in serious condition as of Friday night.
A crane operator then heroically hauled up the busted truck back to its rightful upright position — and The Brooklyn Paper was there to capture all the action!
