Roofus was too sick to do the ‘sick day’ cartoon!

Our cartoonist, Roofus, was actually going to do a cartoon about the paid sick day bill in the City Council — but then he got too sick to actually draw the cartoon (seriously). That left our Webmaster (and cartooning legend) Sylvan Migdal to get this week’s paycheck. Sorry, Roofus!
