Park Slope
Bike bandit
A thief rode off with a man’s Cannon Dale bicycle he left chained up on Degraw Street on Nov. 25.
The victim told police that he parked his bike between Third and Fourth avenues at 1 pm, and returned a half hour later to find his bike was nowhere to be seen.
Hog wash
Some lawbreaker throttled off with a man’s motorcycle he’d parked on Union Street on Nov. 5.
The victim told police he left his bike between Fifth and Sixth avenues at 5 pm, and returned five days later to find an empty spot where his hog had been.
Trailer trashed
A burglar broke into and ransacked a trailer on 10th Street sometime between Nov. 25 and Nov. 27, taking electronics.
The victim told police he locked the trailer between Second and Third avenue at 3 pm, and returned two days later to find the door was ajar and its lock missing. Inside, he discovered a Dell computer and wireless router were missing, cops said.
Jacked
A carjacker road off with a man’s 2006 Subaru Lapreza he’d parked on Seventh Street on Nov. 25.
The victim told police he left his car between Fifth and Sixth avenues at 9 am, and returned a day later to find some thief had driven off with it.
Double jeopardy
A weasel broke into and cleaned out two Carlton Avenue homes on Nov. 24, taking more than an estimated $30,000 worth of kitchen appliances and tools.
The victim told police that the crook broke down the front door of his home between Bergen Street and Saint Marks Avenue at 5 pm, before gathering up a bevy of hefty appliances — including a microwave, stove top grill, and wine fridge.
The thief then moved on to the next house over, again breaking down the front door before nabbing the tools — including two belt sanders and an air conditioning unit, cops said.
Stolen Subaru
A thief drove off with a man’s 2006 Subaru Impreza he left on President Street on Nov. 16.
The victim told police that he parked his car between Fifth and Sixth avenues at 11 am, and returned a week later to find he was short one vehicle.
Strippers
Looters stripped an estimated $7,000 worth of parts from a man’s car he’d parked along Fourth Street in the early morning hours of Nov. 22.
A witness told police he was between Eighth Avenue and Prospect Park West at 3:31 am when he spotted the crooks stripping the tires, rims, and wheel locks off the victim’s car. From start to finish, the criminals took no more than three minutes before speeding off with the victim’s car parts, cops said.
