Our Classified Sales Manager Adam El-Sheemy has finally completed the “Boot Camp Challenge,” a grueling, thrice-weekly workout regimen set up by two personal trainers. Each week, he’s given us his scintillating report about the struggle. Now, he revels in his success.

Day 16: July 9

I’m heading for the beach on vacation, so I’m ending my regimen two days early, but the results are in — and, damn, I actually look and feel better. Check out these before-and-after numbers:
