Police arrested a man for stabbing another man on Lafayette Avenue on April 26.
According to witnesses, the attacker began verbally harassing a woman at 4:45 pm between Clinton and Vanderbilt avenues. The 61-year-old victim intervened, trying to soothe tempers, only to have the 33-year-old suspect whip out a knife and stab him in the chest, which did not cause serious injuries.
Wallet gone
An unlocked delivery truck was burglarized while the deliverymen dropped off some goods at a Flatbush Avenue Extension chain restaurant on April 21.
The driver told police he parked his vehicle behind the eatery on the corner of DeKalb Avenue at 1 am, leaving it unlocked while he and his partner were inside until 3:30 am. When they returned to the tractor-trailer, one man’s wallet, and the $40 it held, had been stolen.
Biker gang
A pack of teenage hoodlums attacked a 12-year-old boy on Washington Avenue on April 21 in order to steal his bicycle, but failed.
As many as eight scoundrels launched the attack at 4:15 pm, punching and kicking the victim, between Lafayette and Greene avenues. They wrested his keychain away, thinking it would have the key to unlock his chained-up bike, but their assumption was incorrect. The attackers then scattered on foot.

Two men were arrested for attacking a young man on Fulton Street on April 22, cops said.
Officers patrolling the neighborhood at 3:30 pm sprang into action when they saw two men, aged 17 and 18, allegedly beating the 17-year-old victim near the corner of Clermont Avenue.
The victim told police that he neither knew his assailants nor why they punched and kicked him.
Surprise visitor
A Clifton Place couple found a prowler inside their apartment on April 22 — but he managed to get away before police arrived.
The man and woman found the front door to their building, which is between Grand and Classon avenues, open when they got back home at 3:10 pm.
Inside, they discovered the thief, but he managed to escape — with their Apple laptop.
Gunpoint rob
Two hoodlums robbed a 70-year-old man at gunpoint on Adelphi Street on April 23, cops said.
The villains stopped the elderly man at 10 pm between Lafayette and Greene avenues. One of them, displaying a handgun, said: “Give me your stuff.” His accomplice said, “If he moves, bust a cap in him.”
The victim co-operated, giving them his bag, cellphone and $60.
Rough stuff
Two men were violently robbed exiting the subway — one from the G train at Clinton-Washington station, and one at the Clinton Washington C-train station — early on April 24.
In the first incident, three men attacked their victim from behind on Clinton Avenue at 1 am.
First, the victim heard someone say to him: “I need a couple of dollars.” Then, someone clobbered him in the back of the head. The 25-year-old victim relinquished $17, plus a leather bag to the villains, between DeKalb and Lafayette avenues.
Later that night, two men punched a 29-year-old man several times on Washington Avenue.
The hoods beat him to the ground, between Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue, and rifled his pockets, taking an iPod, digital camera and a duffle bag.
