Bad encounter

A baddie robbed a man after communicating on social media and agreeing to meet with up with him on Flatbush Avenue on April 27.

The man told police that he met the woman on a website and met up with with near Avenue L around 11:30 pm. The pair later went to another location and had an intimate encounter, according to cops.

He returned to the same location to drop her off around 12:10 am and afterwards noticed that his wallet was missing from his glove compartment, according to the report. Police said the man cancelled all cards in his wallet, according to police.

Quick grab

Some punk snatched a cellphone from a teen standing at an Avenue H bus stop near on April 24.

The 18-year-old victim told cops that she was waiting for the bus near Utica Avenue around 8 pm when someone grabbed her phone from her left pocket and ran off, according to police.

Cops said the teen tracked her phone an hour later to a nearby thrift store, to whom the thief sold the phone, according to the report.

Stroller snatch

Some purse snatcher grabbed a wonman’s bag from her stroller on Utica Avenue on April 27.

The victim told police that she was in line at a fast-food restaurant near Avenue H around 5 pm. When she was done paying for the grub, she looked back and noticed her bag missing from her carrier, according to police.

The bag contained her learner’s permit, two debit cards, and some cash.

Whodunnit?

Someone stole money from an E. 72nd Street home on April 28.

The homeowner told police that before she left her house near near Avenue M around 11:30 am to run errands there was $1, 400 on the kitchen counter. When she came back to her home around 6 pm, she the money was gone, according to police.

The woman also told cops that she left her door unlocked for her housekeeper, who said she did not see any money when she entered the home, according to the report.

Break-in

A marauder robbed a vehicle parked on Kings Highway on April 27.

The victim told cops that he parked his car near Avenue J around 2:30 am and later that morning found his belongings, including his wallet and driver’s licence, missing, according to police. Cops say they are reviewing footage available.

Caught in the act

Officers cuffed two people who they say stole from an Avenue U department store in two separate incidents on April 26.

The first suspect entered the store near Flatbush Avenue around 6 pm and placed several items of clothing in his bag and walked out without paying. Police caught up with him two hours later, arrested him, and apprehended the missing items and other stolen property, according to the report.

A woman entered the store near Flatbush Avenue around 2:30 pm and left with and pair of shoes and several items of clothing without paying. Cops picked up the woman near the store around 7 pm, according to the report.
