Stabbed to death in Canarsie

Police have arrested the man they say killed his roommate in Canarsie on Oct. 24.

Police say Samuel Joseph stabbed Ledaryl C. Burns in the neck at their home on East 96th Street between Homes Lane and Avenue L at 9:50 pm. Emergency medical services pronounced Burns dead at the scene.

Joseph has been charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. His lawyer could not be reached for comment.
