Borough President Adams declared Dec. 4 “Pamela Brier Day” with a breakfast reception at Borough Hall.

The beep and elected officials paid tribute to our pal Pamela, the outgoing president and chief executive officer of Maimonides Medical Center, for her outstanding achievements and dedication to the hospital and community. Guests welcomed Kenneth Gibbs, current chairman of the Board of Trustees, and incoming president and chief operating officer.

The beep applauded Pamela, presented her with a proclamation, and thanked her for bringing world-class health care to the borough.

Standing O wishes our pal Pamela a very happy retirement and good luck in her future endeavors, and welcomes new president Kenneth Gibbs with a shout out for a very long and happy reign.
