Congratulations to Dr. Jeffrey Goldberg, chairman of psychiatry at Coney Island Hospital, for being hailed by the Worldwide Registry for his professional dedication, leadership, and excellence.
Our pal Dr. Goldberg has more than three decades of medical experience specializing in treating depression and anxiety disorders. Currently he oversees the quality of care in the Department of Behavioral Health. For the past eight years he has overseen staff, patients, and developed new programs.
Dr. Goldberg is an American Psychiatric Association fellow, a former district president of the Brooklyn Psychiatric Society, a founding board member of Physician Affiliate Group N.Y. — the largest multi-speciality group in the state — and has been recognized as a “Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly for the past 16 years.
