Sticky fingers

A filcher swiped a jar of honey from a supermarket on Avenue O at W. 7th Street on Oct. 24.

The store owner followed the shoplifter out of the grocery at 3:40 pm and tried to confront him, but the baddie shoved her to the ground and fled on foot, officials said.

Flagrant foul

A nogoodnik struck a woman in the face with a basketball on Bay Parkway on Oct. 24, said police.

The victim told police she was between Bay Ridge Avenue and 70th Street at 5 pm when the delinquent suddenly flung the basketball at her, causing cuts and bruising to her face.

The rascal fled on foot, said police.

Chair shot

A brute beat a man with a metal chair on 20th Avenue on Oct. 24.

The two got into a verbal dispute between 70th and 71st Streets that turned physical around 5 pm, officials said. The victim told police the bruiser suddenly picked up a nearby metal chair and struck his left arm, which caused two large fractures, said police.

Sharp shooter

A punk shot a woman in the head with a pellet gun on 18th Avenue on Oct. 30, said police.

The woman told police that she was shopping at a mini-mall between 68th Street and Bay Ridge Avenue around 9 pm when an unknown shooter struck her on the top of the head with a pellet. Police canvassed the area but did not find the gunman, officials said.
