Sustainable food comes to Fort Greene

Talk, listen and learn (and eat!) at the Fort Greene Food Conference, a grassroots, neighborhood-based event, sponsored by Council Member Letitia James in support of a just, sustainable, healthy and delicious food system in the Fort Greene and Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn.

It all takes place 1-6 p.m., October 24 at Public School 67, 51 St. Edwards Street between Park and Myrtle avenues. There will be guest speakers, two-hours of workshops, and a closing with healthy foods provided by some of the best restaurants in Fort Greene.
