The thief snuck into the backyard of the victim’s E. 28th Street home near Quentin Road at 2 p.m. on Aug. 21, when he cut the lock to the shed, and nabbed power tools and a bike before fleeing, cops said.
Investigators described the suspect as a man in his mid twenties, with blonde hair worn in a ponytail, and with a tattoo on his left arm.
