Bad sex

Here’s another reason to be careful about who you invite back to your place at 5 am.

A one-night stand turned criminal on Jan. 28 when a bad lover snatched a 27-year-old woman’s wallet from her Freeman Street apartment.

The victim met the suspected thief in a Lower East Side bar and invited him back to her flat, which is between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard.

Sometime after they returned to the apartment at around 5 am, the victim got into an argument with the crook and demanded that he leave.

But on his way out, he grabbed her wallet, which contained cash and credit cards.

L of a snatch

A pickpocket snatched a straphanger’s wallet on a Brooklyn-bound L train on Jan. 24.

The covert crook subtly unzipped the 23-year-old victim’s purse at around 10:15 pm as the train rolled from the Union Square stop to the Bedford Avenue station.

Once the thief opened the bag, he grabbed the wallet — which contained cash, credit cards, a Metrocard, and IDs — and escaped unseen.

Disrobed!

Crooks shattered the front window of a North Sixth Street domestic clothing purveyor overnight on Jan. 31 and grabbed garments.

The thieves broke the window at sometime after 11 pm and snatched the clothing from the shop, which is between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue.

Hi-fi heist

Thugs broke into a Frost Street apartment on Jan. 28 and fled with as much electronics as they could carry.

The thieves pushed their way into the residence sometime after 9:15 am and grabbed an Xbox, iMac computer, Apple laptop, and television, then fled from the unit, which is between Kingsland Avenue and Humboldt Street.

Hardheaded hood

A crook ransacked a Green Street apartment on Jan. 26 and escaped with the victim’s laptop, cash, camera, credit cards, and helmet.

The thief shattered a kitchen window to get into the apartment between 7:30 am and 5 pm and grabbed the goods before fleeing from the residence, which is between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard.
