Stone’s throw
Thugs busted into a Third Avenue travel agency overnight on Nov. 5 and made off with two computers.
The victim told cops that he left the shop between 94th and 95th streets at 9 pm. When he returned at 2 am, thieves had thrown a rock through the front door, and stolen two computers.
Prep snatch
A thief pilfered a wallet from a locker at a Seventh Avenue prep school on Oct. 28.
The teen victim told cops that he put his wallet in his backpack while at the school between Poly Place and 92nd Street at 2:30. When he returned 15 minutes later, the wallet was gone.
Gold fools
Thieves ransacked and burglarized an 82nd Street apartment on Nov. 2.
The victim told cops that she left her house between Third and Fourth avenues at noon. When she returned at 4:30, her apartment was trashed and $600 in gold chains was gone.
Rubber stole
Rubbery bandits swiped a set of tires off a car parked on 66th Street overnight on Nov. 5.
The victim told cops that he parked his car near Ninth Avenue at 8 pm. When he returned the next afternoon, his $1,600 set of tires was gone.
