Stomped and circumstance

The woman told police she stepped off the train near Avenue W at about 10:50 pm when the lout shoved her to the ground, and then stomped on her face, causing swelling and cuts, according to authorities. The woman got up and realized the criminal had swiped her iPhone, officials said.

Fresh out the oven

Two goons attacked a pizza delivery guy and stole the food from him on Haring Street on May 30, police said.

The 20-year-old delivery man was dropping off the pie near Voorhies Avenue at about 1 am when one of the punks asked if he had change for a $20, and when he said no, the malefactor grabbed him by the collar while the other nogoodnik punched him in the face, according to authorities.

They then threw the delivery guy on the ground and grabbed his wallet, which contained about $175, along with the pizza pies, soda bottles, and chicken wings, officials said. The baddies fled toward Shore Parkway, police said.

Swiped on the street

A jerk swiped a woman’s purse as she was walking on Avenue Z on June 2, police said.

The woman told police she was walking near E. 27th Street at about 2 pm when the baddie came up to her from behind and grabbed her bag from around her shoulder. The woman tried to grab it back but the strap broke, and the punk ran off with it toward Avenue Y, with her cash, photo identification card, and credit card inside, officials said.

Not a joy ride

Two rogues punched a guy in the face after he hopped out of a cab on E. 28th Street on June 4, police said.

The guy told police he got out of the car service near Avenue Y at about 2 am when the two louts came up to him and asked if they could use his phone, but then punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground.

The two goons went through the man’s pockets and stole his iPhone, wallet with $200 in it, and his driver’s license, officials said. The jerks ran off towards Nostrand Avenue and the victim refused medical attention for the bruises on his face, police said.

In hot water

Some ne’er-do-well stole a water heater from inside a home on Nova Court sometime between May 26 and May 31, police said.

The victim told police that the malefactor broke into the home near Madoc Avenue by breaking the code lock on the front door, and removed the water heater, according to authorities.
