A weasel stole a teen’s bag of vapor oils he was trying to sell through social media on May 4, police said.
The 13-year-old promoted the 11 bags of vapor oil worth $176 on the smartphone application Snapchat to sell them, and the jerk called him from a now-disconnected number to meet up near Nostrand Avenue and Avenue Z at about 6:25 pm. But when the malefactor arrived to buy the bags, he made sure they were good, and then pushed the victim and fled with the oils in his blue Infiniti, according to authorities.
Fake karma
A punk swiped a teen’s phone at a park on Avenue Y on May 6, police said.
The 17-year-old boy told authorities he left his iPhone on a bench in the park near Coyle Street at about 6:40 pm and the baddie approached and asked whose phone it was. The teen said it was his, and the crook said “come with me,” led him outside of the park, and then said, “give me your phone because somebody in that park took my sister’s phone,” officials said.
The nogoodnik also told the teen, “Don’t follow me or you will get shot,” then fled in a black car with the victim’s, police said.

Cops cuffed a 28-year-old guy for breaking into and locking himself inside an Avenue Y home on May 6.
A witness spotted the suspect break a piece of metal off a door of the home near E. 29th Street at about 2:25 am, police said. The suspect slid a plastic laundromat card between the locks and locked himself inside, according to authorities.
He refused to come out until police arrived, officials said.
Cashed out
A criminal broke into a woman’s E. 19th Street house and stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry on May 1, police said.
The baddie broke a basement window near Avenue V sometime between 9:30 am and 3 pm and swiped her Rolex watch, Michelle watch, diamond engagement ring, wedding band, and cash, worth a grand total of $25,100, according to authorities.
Weaseled in
A snake stole thousands of dollars in cash and jewelry from a store on Avenue U at sometime overnight on May 2, police said.
The store owner told police she closed up her shop near E. 20th Street at 7 pm, and when she returned the next day at 8 am, realized some punk had broken in and stolen her cash, Apple laptop, jewelry, and clothing totalling $43,500, police said.
The burglar tried to get in by pushing a small window with a metal grate, but then broke a small hole in the side wall that connects to the store and got inside, according to authorities.
