Ladies’ night
For those still mourning the loss of Lilith Fair, Tinderbox Music Festival packs 17 female artists and female-fronted bands into the Music Hall of Williamsburg for one huge show across two stages. Connoisseurs of dad jokes — and the actual dads who make them — finally get their time to shine at Punderdome 3000, a monthly contest at Littlefield where punny people are rewarded for their groan-inducing wordplay. Only 18 individuals or duos can compete, so pun, don’t walk, to make sure you’re first in line.

7 pm at Powerhouse Arena [37 Main St. at Water Street in DUMBO, (718) 666–3049, www.powerhousearena.com]. Free.

Eye on Springfield
What is Mr. Burns’ blood type? What was the name of Lisa Simpson’s pony? If you remember the answers to these questions, you just might have a chance at Woo Hoo! — Berry Park’s monthly classic Simpsons trivia night. Questions are only about episodes from the ’90s, so dust off those old “Teachers Editions” and study up.
7:30 pm at Berry Park [4 Berry St. between N. 14th and N. 13th Streets in Williamsburg, (718) 782-2829, www.berryparkbk.com.] $10 per team, $5 solo players.
