A trio of teenage bigots attacked an Orthodox Jewish man on a Willliamsburg train platform on Monday afternoon in what police are calling a hate crime.

The victim, a 53-year-old Brooklyn man, was waiting for a train on the Manhattan-bound platform at the Marcy stop on the J and M lines at 3:45 pm when he felt someone hit him in the back, cops reported. He turned around and one of the assailants shouted anti-Semitic insults at him and hit him on the head with an umbrella, according to the authorities.

The attacker ran and the victim gave chase only to be stopped by another youngster who kicked his back and legs and continued the Jew-hating verbal barrage along with a third youth, per police. A bystander tried to protect the victim, but the juveniles pummeled him, too, cops said.

The victim refused to go to the hospital.

Police arrested a 15-year-old boy, charging him with assault as a hate crime, but his two alleged accomplices are still on the loose, according to the Police Department.
