A shoplifter made off with a load of ill-gotten groceries from a Third Street Whole Foods on March 7.
A store employee told police that the thief lifted $227 worth of food from the grocer near Third Avenue — including coconut water, food from the hot bar, sushi rolls, and smoked salmon.
Carjacked
A freebooter robbed a car on Sterling Place on March 4.
The victim told police that the pirate jacked $300 cash and a pair of headphones from her car parked near Sixth Avenue sometime between 3:30 pm and 5 pm.
Bye-cycle
Some villain stole a bike that was left on Fifth Avenue.
The victim told police that he locked his ride to a pole near Third Street, but the jerk stole it before he returned at around 5 am.
Booted
Police arrested a man for allegedly stealing boots from a Flatbush Avenue shopping mall on March 7.
An employee told police that the suspect allegedly tried on the $150 pair of kicks in the mall near Atlantic Avenue at around 2:40 pm, before putting his old shoes in the box and attempting to flee.
Authorities arrived on the scene cuffed the 54-year-old suspect on petit larceny charges.
