A ‘Shock’ crime

77th Precinct

Prospect Heights

Gunning for watches

Three thugs pulled a gun on a 15-year-old boy and took his watch on Flatbush Avenue near Grand Army Plaza on April 15.

The teen said that he was nearing Plaza Street East train station at 4:50 pm when the terrible trio jumped him.

Two of the suspects punched the victim in the face. The third flashed his gun as they forced him to give up his green Shock watch, cops said.

Car break-in blues

Sad songs say so much -— and this guy’s got a doozy!

A 35-year-old musician told police that someone broke into his 2009 Toyota Corolla on April 19, taking three of his cherished guitars.

The victim told police that he parked his vehicle on Pacific Street between Underhill and Vanderbilt avenues at 3:30 pm before running some errands.

An hour later, he returned to find that someone had smashed his rear vent window and taken $1,200 in acoustic instruments.

Devilish behavior

A thief broke into a 2009 Toyota Corolla on April 2 as its owner prayed.

The 53-year-old motorist left his vehicle on Dean Street between Washington and Grand avenues as he attended 5 pm services at a nearby church.

The thief broke through the passenger-side window, removed some credit cards, a passport and — adding insult to rosary — his Bible, cops were told.

Lights out

A drunk driver was so soused that he forgot to put on his headlights — a foolish misstep that led to his car getting pulled over on April 17.

Police said that they stopped the 56-year-old motorist when they spotted his poorly illuminated Mercury Villager at the corner of Atlantic and Vanderbilt avenues at around 5 am. It didn’t take much convincing for the cops to order up a Breathalyzer test — which revealed a blood-alcohol reading that was the equivalent of seven drinks in a 190-pound person.

‘Bitched’ out

A sour suitor lashed out against a young woman as she sat on a Brooklyn-bound 3 train on April 17.

The 18-year-old victim said that she caught the 25-year-old stranger’s eye as she got on the train at the Franklin Avenue station near Eastern Parkway.

He made a romantic overture, but she wasn’t interested, cops were told.

Crushed, the man screamed at the teen, calling her a “stuck up bitch” before shoving her and disembarking the train at the next stop.
