Police arrested a man they suspect shot a man in the head on St. Marks Avenue in Crown Heights on Thursday.

Cops cuffed the 23-year-old suspect at 11 a.m. on July 25, charging him with murder and two counts of criminal possession of a loaded gun.

The suspect allegedly gunned down 29-year-old Jamal Cox Simms near New York Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. on May 16, police claim.

Paramedics declared the Crown Heights resident dead at the scene, cops said.
