An ‘arresting’ halloween with local cops

Howling festivities were the order of the day at Public School 272 where students and staffers received an A-plus for putting on the dog and teaming up for a Halloween frolic, co-presented by the 69th Precinct Community Council.

The spook-fest featured a costume contest, refreshments and treats galore for thrill seekers at the Canarsie school, East 102nd Street and Seaview Avenue.
