There will be silent, live and online auctions of fine goods and services, including guitars signed by Sheryl Crow, Rosanne Cash, Amy Ray and Kaia Wilson, as well as a microphone signed by Tori Amos.
Special items will be up for auction from the Brooklyn Brewery, New York School of Burlesque, NYC Food Film Festival, Gotham Girls Roller Derby, Pimps and Pinups Salon, plus jewelry, kids stuff, autographed CDs, gift certificates, and more. Proceeds benefit Willie Mae Rock Camp For Girls, a non-profit music and mentoring program for girls and women in New York City. Tickets are available only at www.williemaerockcamp.org.
General admission tickets are $25 and include bidding paddle, drink specials, and a night of fun. VIP tickets are $75, and include a special pre-auction VIP reception with Kathleen Hanna, Kaki King, and other Host Committee members, complimentary cockltails courtesy of Tito’s Homemade Vodka, hors d’œuvres, gift bags, and mini drum lessons.
