A free-wheeling thief crept into a Prospect Place building on June 14 and gershed a bicycle.
The owner of the two-wheeler said that he left his $350 bike in the hallway of the building between Vanderbilt and Underhill avenues at 7:30 pm.
The bike was gone when he went to work the next morning, he said.
An unhinged man threw a woman out of the Dean Playground during a heated clash on June 12.
The 43-year-old victim told police that she was walking through the playground between Sixth and Carlton avenues, nearing Bergen Street behind the neighboring 78th Precinct when the stranger stormed up to her.
“Get the f—k out of my park!” the man screamed before shoving her toward the nearest exit.
Concerned for her safety, the woman left the playground and immediately contacted police, but the would-be bouncer was nowhere to be found.
A crook made off with tools while work was being done inside a Carlton Avenue home on June 14.
The victim told police that a drill and other equipment vanished from the home, located between Bergen Street and St. Marks Avenue, sometime before 9 pm.
A thief broke into a car parked on Classon Avenue on June 9, removing a radar detector, navigation system and a digital camera.
The owner of the 2004 Chrysler Town & Country told police that she left her vehicle in a lot between Park and Sterling places at 12:20 pm. But someone busted through the passenger-side window to steal the goodies.
Pacific St. brawl
Two men were injured on June 19 after they attacked each other on Pacific Street.
Police said the duo was arguing between Grand and Classon avenues at 5 pm when a 32-year-old swung a crowbar at his 31-year-old opponent, leaving him with an arm injury that required medical attention.
In response, the 31-year-old grabbed a screwdriver and jammed it in his attacker’s arm, causing a small puncture wound.
Responding officers arrested both men, charging them with assault.
Cops did not disclose what sparked the fight.
