Girl gang
A vicious gang of eight women attacked a 46-year-old lady along a desolate part of Second Avenue on Sept. 25.
The victim told cops that she was near Ninth Street at around 8 pm when the aggressive octet swarmed and attempted to steal her bag.
When the would-be victim resisted, the thieves fled.
Art attack
A thief swiped a fancy laptop from a popular Third Avenue art gallery on Sept. 22.
A worker in the gallery, which is at Carroll Street, told cops that the thief entered at around 4:45 pm and browsed the artistic offerings.
When the worker got distracted by something, the thief made his move, taking the Macbook computer from a table and fleeing in a black sedan — which may or may not have been a Chevy and may or may not have had a gold cross on the back, the witness said.
Phone boned
A thief swiped an iPhone right out of a man’s hand on Fifth Avenue on Sept. 24.
It’s become the most common of street crimes in Brownstone Brooklyn: The man told police that he was between Douglass and Degraw streets at around 1:30 am when the thug leaped out of nowhere and swiped the mobile device.
