Bike gang

A gang of cyclists swiped a man’s backpack on Smith Street on June 19.

The victim told cops he was near Schermerhorn Street at 11:15 pm when the gang pedaled up, grabbed his backpack, and sped away.

Burglary

A thief broke a Clinton Street home’s window and stole two computers on June 19.

The occupant said he left the apartment between Atlantic Avenue and State Street at 10:30 am. When he returned at 6:30 pm, a kitchen window was broken and the laptops were missing.

Wallet swiped

Someone took a wallet from a shopper at a Fulton Street store on June 19.

The shopper said she entered the store near Gallatin Place at 1:40 pm. Ten minutes later, she realized her purse was open and her wallet was missing.

Subway shame

A man was arrested for robbing another man at the Pacific Street subway station on June 23.

The victim said he was waiting for a Manhattan-bound D train at the station near Atlantic Avenue at 1:40 am when the suspect approached him and said, “Give me your wallet and cellphone,” according to a police report.

The terrified straphanger complied, but police arrested a man who they said had the stolen goods shortly thereafter.

Oy-Phone

A thief swiped a man’s iPhone from a bench in Brooklyn Bridge Park on June 16.

The victim said he left his cellphone on a bench near the park’s Main Street entrance at 6 pm. When he returned to retrieve it one hour later, the phone was gone.

Punch out

A thug punched a pharmacy clerk before fleeing the Duffield Street store with a pack of stolen gum on June 19.

The clerk said the thug entered the store near Willoughby Street at 10:20 am and pocketed the bubble gum pack. When he confronted the thief, the jerk punched him in the face and ran out.

The clerk was treated for a minor injury at Brooklyn Hospital.

Computer caper

A crook stole a computer from a Washington Street office sometime between June 14 and June 21.

The victim told police that he left his office between Water and Front streets at 5 pm on June 17. When he returned at 11 am on June 21, his laptop was missing.

Cellphone steal

A thief stole a woman’s cellphone on Flatbush Avenue Extension on June 22.

The victim said she was near DeKalb Avenue at 7:20 am when the crook grabbed her phone and fled.

Wallet stolen

A thug grabbed a man on Court Street on June 24 — and ran off with his wallet.

The victim said he was near Montague Street at 6:15 am when the brute grabbed him and said, “Give me what you got,” according to a police report.

The man handed over his wallet, and the thief ran away.

Van plan

A thief jacked a van from State Street sometime between June 13 and June 18.

The owner said he parked the vehicle near Garden Place at 6 pm on June 13. When he returned at 4 pm on June 18, the van was no longer there.
