Bill’s blahs after three months on the job

Fake photo-ops. Cops bloodying an 84-year-old man for jaywalking. Reporters told “I gotta go to the gym.” Charter school kids kicked to the curb. Laws flouted. Long-standing parade snubbed. Time-honored tourist trade whipped. Bigots embraced. Bossy missus elevated to a proxy official.

Mayor DeBlasio’s trail of flubs is as long, rocky, and perilous as the Devil’s Path in the Catskills, with just 39 percent of registered voters approving his job performance after three months in office, according to a new poll.

Bill promised an inclusive and transparent government, but has delivered alienating smokescreens, thus far.

He burnished his image as a regular Joe who reveled in shoveling snow outside his Park Slope home — complete with arm-bending pointers — until we discovered it was a flaky act pencilled in on his City Hall agenda.

He pledged a safe and unified New York, but tell that to Chinese senior Kang Wong who was hospitalized and charged with jaywalking, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct in January, after cops roughed him up for trying to cross a street against the light.

Yet Bill held himself to a different standard when he jaywalked and blew through stop signs while speeding, but dismissed reporters’ queries about his hypocrisy and lawlessness.

Ditto for his cronies. The mayor had his pastor pal — arrested for a pair of open warrants — sprung from jail after placing a late-night call to an NYPD boss, and then refused to discuss the special-privilege flap.

His aides are no better. Crotchety schools chancellor Carmen Farina booted charter school students from a city-owned space in Harlem, warning, “They are on their own,” later blaming her cruel flippancy on reporters for daring to question her after a long day, indicating the official — a public servant paid with our tax dollars — should return to retirement.

Then, DeBlasio’s lofty educational dreams took a beating after 11,000 charter school advocates flooded Albany to protest closures, but fewer than 1,500 supporters showed up for his tax-the-rich rally to fund his universal pre-k scheme.

Add to that his silly snub of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, his whinnying neigh to Central Park’s horse-drawn carriages but tight lip on NYPD’s mounted unit, his fawning over the rabble-rousing Al Sharpton gang, and the muscling-in of his wife Chirlaine — who seems to have gone power mad, shrieking at a pre-k rally, “I’m not ready to settle for crumbs or table scraps or Band-Aids, I am ready to fight!” — and Hizzoner’s three-month report card shows that his “tale” is caught between his “two cities” and his wobbly legs.
