Smashed Heinie

A 20-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly bashing another woman with a bottle of Heineken on Ocean Avenue on April 8.

The victim told police that she was between Tennis Court and Albermarle Road at 11 am when the suspect smashed the bottle over her head. The victim received three stitches for her injury.

Tough girl

Cops arrested a 17-year-old girl who they say robbed another woman on Avenue J on April 4.

The victim told police that she was near E. 16th Street at 3:55 pm when the suspect and another woman attacked her. After punching the victim several times, the suspect allegedly took her cellphone and purse.

E. 22nd St. attack

A 59-year-old man was arrested for allegedly attacking a woman on E. 22nd Street on March 29.

The victim told police that she was near Ditmas Avenue at 5 am when the suspect began punching her in the face.

Car loot

Cops arrested a 39-year-old man who they say robbed a car on Avenue J on April 10.

The arresting officer said he was near E. 19th Street at 4:30 am when he saw a vehicle with its window smashed and a man nearby carrying a leather bag. When the officer confronted the man, he admitted his guilt, saying, “I broke into a car. I took property from the car. You guys have been good to me, I will be good to you.”

The cop searched the bag and found a BlackBerry playbook, a Verizon Wi-Fi device, and a pair of sunglasses, which were later claimed by the owner of the damaged vehicle.
