BREAKING: Missing cafe owner’s family appeals to media to support new search effort

The family of the Ditmas Park café owner who went missing more than two weeks ago will hold a press conference tomorrow to announce a “significant change” in their search strategy, according to the “Find Josh Rubin” Facebook page.

The Nov. 19 press conference will take place at noon in front of the 70th Precinct Stationhouse in Kensington.

Rubin, the owner of Whisk, went missing on Oct. 31 under financial and mental stress. His family has thus far declined media requests for comment.
