A massive condominium project in Kensington has been shut down following an apparent falling out between the developer and the contractor.
Officials from the city’s Department of Buildings (DOB) confirmed recently that a stop-work order has been placed on 23 Caton Place, the future home of Caton on the Park.
The stop-work order follows months of neighborhood complaints that construction crews were working on weekends and holidays to get the project completed in a hurry.
But a tour of the area last week showed no activity
