Pint-sized Clinton Hill student Monique Selina Price is a dab hand at being a pretty princess – twice in a row and on her way to clinching her third tiara as one of the Empire State’s sparkling gems.
The bubbly five-year-old, who attends Public School 270, 241 Emerson Place, will represent New York City in the national finals of the International Prince and Princess Pageant in Connecticut in August, having already won two titles last year: The “2007 Petite NYC Photogenic Winner” and the “2007 Petite NYC Sweetheart.”
Add to her many talents a cute voice: Monique serenaded a rapt audience at Pratt Institute’s America Reads/Counts annual tutor awards ceremony in April where she sang, “Arroz Con Leche” in Spanish.
