Sore loser
A goon whacked a man with a pool cue on Kings Highway on Nov. 14, said police.
The man told cops that he was in a restaurant playing pool between 83rd and 84th streets at 9:15 pm when the baddie hit him with the stick, cutting him above his right eye.
The nogoodnik fled in an unknown direction, authorities reported.
Treasure trove
A rapscallion broke into a man’s 83rd Street apartment and plundered a gold bar and coins on Nov. 14, said police.
The man told officers he returned from out of town to his apartment between 18th and 19th avenues at 7 am to discover the gold was gone.
There was no sign of forced entry, but the man believes the raider may have gained access through the kitchen window, officials said.
Chair assault
A brawler beat a man with a chair and robbed him on Kings Highway on Nov. 19, said police.
The man told police he was walking home between W. Ninth and W. 10th streets at 6 am when the brute struck him several times with the chair, causing cuts and bruises to his forehead, nose, and right hand, officials said.
The baddie swiped $500 from the man before fleeing on Kings Highway, police said.
Would-be carjacker
Police arrested a man for smashing a car window with a stone on Bay 23rd Street on Nov. 20.
A witness told officers that he saw the man between Bath and Cropsey avenues at 1:40 pm shattering the front driver-side window with a rock. The man fled on foot, but was stopped by police on 20th and Benson avenues, officials said.
The witness positively identified the man, and upon searching the man, officers discovered he was in possession of a crack pipe, authorities said.
Bruiser
Police arrested a man for smashing a glass cup in a woman’s face on 86th Street on Nov. 20.
The woman told police she was shopping between Bay 19th and Bay 20th streets at 11:45 am when the man approached her and struck her in the face with the glass cup, causing bruising to her left cheek.
Police arrested the man at the scene, officials reported.
