Clothing criminal
A bruiser socked a teen in the face and stole clothes he was selling on Court Street on Oct. 18, police said.
The 15-year-old victim was selling a shirt and hat near Joralemon Street at about 8:30 am when the goon pretended to buy the items, but then punched the teen in the face several times and ran off with the clothes, cops said. The victim caught up with the good-for-nothing at Borough Hall train station but he punched him again, according to authorities.
Four against one
Four toughs stole a teen’s phone and backpack on Willoughby Street on Oct. 19, police said.
The 16-year-old victim said he was walking on the sidewalk near Lawrence Street at about 1:30 pm when the goons came up to him, grabbed his phone from his pocket, and ripped his backpack off his back — with his school books, house keys, MetroCard, and identification card — inside it. The baddies told him to cooperate or things would get worse, according to authorities.
Bye-bye bicycle
A jerk rode off with a guy’s bike he had left on Hicks Street on Oct. 21, police said.
The victim told cops he had parked his 7 Arrow two-wheeler near Orange Street at about 7:20 pm, and when he went to get it 10 minutes later, it was gone.
Unwelcome home
Some purloiner broke into a woman’s Montague Street apartment on Oct. 17 and stole her jewelry, police said.
The victim told cops she had left her apartment near Hicks Street and locked the doors at about 8:45 am to head to work, and when she got back later that day at about 9:30 pm, she noticed the lock and door were damaged and some home invader had swiped her gold jewelry and pendant with the initials “H.A.T.,” according to authorities.
Gym rat
A punk stole a woman’s wallet from inside a locker at an Atlantic Avenue gym on Oct. 19, police said.
The victim told cops she had put her wallet, with her credit cards and driver’s license in it, in an unlocked compartment inside the fitness center near Boerum Place at about 4:30 pm, and when she finished working out and went to gather her belongings, noticed her wallet was gone, according to authorities. The crook swiped her cards at several stores for a total of $633, cops said.
