Brooklyn residents can win free Buffalo Wild Wings for a year, but only if they can wing being one of the first 100 customers at the popular chain’s new Flatbush location on Friday.
The new 1,750-square-foot outpost at 1623 Flatbush Ave. will officially open its doors to the public on Sept. 27. It is the first of its Brooklyn restaurants to offer takeout, delivery and in-store dining. The two other traditional locations are in Downtown and East New York.
To celebrate the opening of Buffalo Wild Wings GO — the chain’s new format for tapping into the takeout market — the first 100 people in line at 11 a.m. on Friday will receive vouchers for “Free Wings for a Year.”
The promotion provides recipients with a voucher for six free wings every week for 52 weeks and is open to all Brooklyn residents over the age of 18. The offer is valid only at the new Flatbush location, and no purchase is necessary to obtain a voucher.
“This opening marks an exciting moment for Buffalo Wild Wings to be celebrating Brooklyn’s first GO location,” said Nishi Patel, Brooklyn Buffalo Wild Wings franchisee. “Our team looks forward to serving and supporting the Brooklyn community both within and beyond our restaurant’s doors.”
The new Buffalo Wild Wings GO will still offer the usual fare of traditional and boneless wings, hand-breaded tenders, chicken sandwiches, burgers, sides, and all its signature sauces and dry rubs. It will also employ 22 crew members.
