In a terrifying display of community service, the kindly ghouls and gals at Millenium Development retrofitted the Bay View Community Center into a horrifying haunted house on Oct. 27 — much to the delight of local tots.
Just in time to beat the storm, kids came out from Canarsie and beyond dressed in a fantastic variety of zombies, vampires, heroes, and princesses.
If the haunted house wasn’t terrifying enough, then the blood-curdling cotton candy machine ensured that every kid had a happy Halloween.
