Whipping man

Cops arrested a man for allegedly whipping a woman with his belt on E. 12th Street on Oct. 13.

The victim told police that she was between Avenues U and V at 4:40 am when the suspect took off his belt and started striking the victim in the face.

Wallet watcher

Police arrested a woman who they say stole another woman’s wallet out of her purse inside an E. 15th Street grocery store on Oct. 10.

The victim told police that she was shopping at the store between Avenue P and Kings Highway at 5:30 am when she looked down at her purse and noticed her wallet was missing.

A police officer reported that he later found the suspect in possession of the victim’s property, according to court documents.

Beat down

Cops arrested a man who they say was part of a gang robbery on Nostrand Avenue on Sept. 3.

The victim told police that he was near Avenue W at 4:30 pm when a man took a knife out of his pocket and waved it in the victim’s direction, before taking his phone.

The knife-toting man was then joined by four other men, including the suspect, who began punching and kicking the victim, according to court documents.
