Cops: School safety agent drove drunk

Police arrested an off-duty school safety agent for drunk driving right in front a police station on W. Eighth Street in Coney Island on May 22.

Cops collared the 47-year-old woman at 8:04 pm between Surf and Mermaid avenues — steps from the 60th Precinct station house, officials said.

Her blood-alcohol level allegedly exceeded .08 percent — the legal maximum for driving, a police report states.

The woman, who has worked as a school safety agent since 2001, is suspended pending an investigation, police said.

Police declined to say which school the agent was last assigned to.
