Police are hunting the thief who nabbed a man’s bag from his car in Sheepshead Bay on Thursday.
Cops received a report that the thug removed the 41-year-old victim’s bag from his parked and unoccupied vehicle on Harkness Avenue near Plumb Third Street at around 1 p.m. on Aug. 15. The bag contained the victim’s debit card, as well as his personal and work identification, according to authorities.
After grabbing the bag, the pilferer — who was last seen wearing a dark colored clothing, sneakers, and a baseball cap — fled the scene in a dark-colored, four-door sedan, cops said.
